At the times of tax duty the finance minister commanded to Secret Service to use the Light Skin Tone 👊🏻 Oncoming Fist to threaten Emojis.
That Emoji wanted to use different ways to motivate residents to pay direct taxes. On a Monday the first elected dictator came to his office and found on his table a 🗞 Rolled-Up Newspaper.
